Dr. Jukka-Pekka Heikkilä, is a Finnish scholar-activist with specialization to extreme setting research and recently, to science diplomacy and sciencearts. He has been professor of entrepreneurship in Pyongyang, North Korea and in Bogota, Colombia. Currently he works in Aalto University on an open strategy project and is a Stanford and Harvard University visiting scholar. Jukka-Pekka is the founder of Burning Stories scienceart collective which has since 2018 explored with multiple scientific and artistic methods the individual, communal and societal impact of transformative festivals.
